N.One Corporation Award October 2023!
Introduction
On October 24th, an exclusive VIP awards ceremony for the N.ONE CORPORATION international project was held at the opulent AMANOS restaurant in Dubai.
The occasion garnered support from prominent international media outlets, including PERSONO, The World of Culture and Art, Top10Dubai, Celebrity TV, Lis channel, and various others.
The event was expertly orchestrated by Alexandra Poltarak and Yulia Tolmacheva.
Nominees
Narine Ayvazyan, hailing from Armenia, was chosen as the ambassador for the international award in Dubai.
Narine Ayvazyan earned dual nominations: “The Face of the Dubai 2023 Award” and “Leading Expert and Cosmetologist in Aesthetic Cosmetology on a Global Scale.”
Narine Vaganovna Ayvazyan was born into a military family in Yerevan, Armenia. She completed her secondary education in Moscow and pursued a degree in law at the Moscow Academy of the FSB Border Guard Service of the Russian Federation. Later, her passion for beauty and skincare led her to a career in cosmetology, where she specialized in dermatocosmetology. In 2012, she established the N-Aiva Medical Aesthetic Cosmetology Center in Yerevan. Currently, she is actively expanding her skincare and anti-aging brand, “N-Quince.”
Narine Ayvazyan was also recognized as the “Best Armenian of the Year” both as a woman and an expert in her field.
Kristina Muratkan received a special distinction as the “Opinion Leader of 2023” for her role as the founder of the Academy of Women’s Development in Kazakhstan. She is the author of retreats, the founder of women’s clubs, and an organizer of large-scale offline forums that have brought together over 1,000 participants. In 2022, her community of 500 members generated $500,000 in revenue, and she has successfully transformed the community into a franchising model.
Ksenia Hughes was honored in the category of “Top Businesswoman in Entrepreneurship.” She is the Founder and CEO of SMOLSNACK, a company specializing in the production of dried meat and fish products. In addition to her official role as the director, Ksenia serves as the driving force and primary source of inspiration for her company.
Alla Kazanina received the title of “International Expert No. 1 in Rejuvenation and Weight Loss Methodology.” She heads the Innovation Center for Rejuvenation and Figure Correction and is the founder of an innovative methodology for rejuvenation, weight loss, and hardware-based figure correction.
Olga Galkova was recognized with a special award as the “International Astrologer for Fate Correction Using Prognostic Techniques.” With two degrees in astrology and expertise in forecasting methods, Olga specializes in children’s astrology, helping individuals develop their talents and navigate the path toward a harmonious upbringing.
Anna Manukyan earned the title of “Best International Cosmetologist in Dubai 2023.” She is a cosmetologist with advanced medical education and extensive professional experience. Additionally, she serves as the General Director of the international educational studio, “AM School.”
Lyudmila Sobol was honored with the accolade of “International Expert No. 1 in Hair Extension Training in Russia.” As the creator of the “L-Mila” method for gaining votes, she has trained over 2,000 students, and her students work in more than 15 countries and in renowned beauty salons in Moscow.
Gullila Ramazanovna received a special recognition as the “Top International Cosmetologist in Lip Augmentation Technique.” With over twenty years of experience, Gullila Ramazanovna expertly combines traditional practices with cutting-edge medical advancements in the fields of hair transplantation, intimate plastic surgery, and cosmetology. She has served more than 25,000 satisfied patients worldwide.
Margarita Mozaleva was acknowledged in the category of “Leading Expert in Achieving a Natural Full Face Effect.” She is a dermatovenerologist and cosmetologist and the CEO and founder of a cosmetology clinic in Moscow. With over 15 years of experience, she is considered an authority in contouring, botulinum therapy, and threadlifting.
Madina Salokhidinova secured the title of “Top Trainer in Modern Injection Cosmetology and Thread Reinforcement.” As a prominent injection specialist and founder of the “Beauty Coach” cosmetology school, she rapidly ascends to the pinnacle of her profession.
Anahit Mkhitaryan was celebrated for her “Excellence in Dentistry.” With 15 years of dental expertise in the UAE, she is committed to dental care and enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience while also educating aspiring doctors in Armenia.
Movsisyan Yester was distinguished as the “Best Eyelash Extension Master of 2023.” Esther Movsisyan has been devoted to eyelash extensions since 2012 and received her training in Armenia before being invited to work in the Arab Emirates.
Svetlana Lobova was named “The Best Portrait Photographer of 2023.” As a licensed professional photographer with international experience, her work has been recognized with UAE National Awards for joint projects, such as the Map of the National Federation of the UAE.
The event’s host, Sergey Pchela, received the title of “Top Event Producer of 2023.” Sergey is known for his scriptwriting for various events, organizing quizzes, developing educational games, and conducting musical presentations.
Olga Lukina was honored as the “Best Non-Surgical Rejuvenation Cosmetologist of 2023.” She is a top-tier specialist and resident doctor in dermatovenerology, with expertise in the “Full Face” technique.
Alla Pavlovskaya earned the title of “International Expert No. 1 in Injectable Lip Correction.”
The award for “International Specialist No. 1 in Figure Correction” went to a special guest from Armenia, Ani Khachatryan, the founder of the Natural Diet brand, which empowers women to feel more confident, lose weight, and enhance their physical and emotional well-being.
Zalina Arsaeva was recognized as the “Best Cosmetologist in the City of Grozny,” holding the most prestigious title among cosmetologists in the North Caucasus. She is also the founder of the Gold Arsaeva Brand.
Aziza Askarova was granted the special distinction of “Top International Entrepreneur in Cosmetology for 2023.” As a globally recognized pharmacist and member of the Board of Directors of the company “ELDERMAFILL,” she has created innovative medications and proprietary formulas in collaboration with a leading manufacturer in Korea, and she was the pioneer of the first Botox product.
Zarina Turdueva received the award for the “Best Cosmetology Coach of 2023.”
Susi Manukyan was celebrated as the “Leading International Expert in Spectacular Eyelash Extensions.” She has developed her unique “Magic by Susi” technique, known for its ultra-thin eyelashes, making it one of the most trendy approaches in the field.
Iona Khojagorian from Yerevan was named the “Top Business Lady and International Expert in Injectable Cosmetology No. 1.” She is the founder and head of the Iona Aesthetic Center, where she also practices as a cosmetologist.
Ruslana Vipna from Antalya was awarded for her “High Achievements in Author’s Aesthetic and Injection Cosmetology Methods.” A dermatologist and cosmetologist, she fulfilled her childhood dream of becoming a doctor, graduated from medical university, and established her own salon. She constantly engages in promotions, international conferences, master classes, and training to integrate new techniques and offer the best possible care to her patients.

Laila Botalova, a dermatovenerologist cosmetologist, is renowned as the originator of her unique non-surgical rhinoplasty technique.

She emerged as the champion, receiving the prestigious “Best of City Awards 2023” trophy.
Aminat Israilova was recognized with the esteemed designation of “Number One Business Lady in the Field of Cosmetology.” With 12 years of experience as a cosmetologist, Aminat Israilova is dedicated to fostering trust and open relationships with her clients, akin to friendships. Egamova Etiborkhon, hailing from Tashkent, was awarded the esteemed title of “Best International Cosmetologist of 2023.
